General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sales of products offered on the website www.edilya.com , operated by Edilya Sculpt , a sole proprietorship based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

The products presented on the Edilya Sculpt website are described and photographed with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, slight variations in color or rendering may occur depending on the screens or lighting.
These differences cannot be attributed to Edilya Sculpt.

Stock levels are updated regularly. If an item is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be immediately informed and fully refunded.

3. Price

The prices displayed on the website are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) , inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are included, unless otherwise specified when ordering.

Edilya Sculpt reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

The order is confirmed when payment has been made in full.
A confirmation email summarizing the order and delivery information is automatically sent to the customer.

Edilya Sculpt reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraud, payment incident or abusive behavior.

5. Payment

Payments are secure and accept the following methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • TWINT

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer

Transactions are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Edilya Sculpt never has access to customers' bank details.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Average delivery times are 6 to 12 working days for Switzerland and the European Union.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination or period of activity.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has 14 days from receipt to request a return, exchange or refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days after receipt and validation of the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective product.

9. Responsibility

Edilya Sculpt cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to external causes (force majeure, strike, carrier delay, customs).
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.

10. Personal Data

The personal information collected is necessary for order management and customer service.
They are treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, visuals, logos, structure) is the exclusive property of Edilya Sculpt.
Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of the registered office of Edilya Sculpt in Lausanne, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
