Smooth delivery, no surprises

At Edilya Sculpt, each order is carefully prepared within an average of 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number — simple, transparent, with no additional steps required.

Average delivery times:

  • Switzerland & European Union: 6 to 12 business days

  • International: 7 to 18 business days

Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Our logistics partners based in Europe guarantee safe and tracked delivery.
Depending on the time of year or destination, these delivery times may vary slightly.

Simple and stress-free returns

You have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.
The items must be:

  • unworn, unwashed,

  • with their original labels,

  • in their clean and undamaged packaging.

Procedure :
Write to us at contact@edilya.com with your order number.
Once the return is approved, we will send you the instructions and the shipping address (logistics center based in Europe).
Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • bodysuits, shapewear or girdles worn or tried on without protection,

  • underwear, damaged, stained or unlabeled items,

  • Gift cards and promotional products.

Refunds and exchanges

After inspecting the return, we will inform you by email.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
For a size or model exchange, simply place a new order after the refund has been validated.

Defective items or shipping error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with supporting photos.
After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged depending on the situation.

Transparency and ethics

Our partner warehouses are located in Europe , and some items may be shipped from our international workshops depending on availability.
We are committed to maintaining realistic timelines and a seamless experience, with no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises.
