Orders

How to place an order?
Simply select your favorite item, choose the size, and then add it to your cart.
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email instantly.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Our orders are prepared quickly.
If you wish to change a size or address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@edilya.com .
We will do our best to adjust it before shipment.

I haven't received my confirmation email, what should I do?
Remember to check your spam folder or your “promotions” folder.
If nothing appears after a few minutes, write to us and we will resend you the confirmation.


Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Our orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days, then delivered on average within 6 to 12 working days in Switzerland and Europe.
Delivery times may vary depending on the period or destination.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
You can check the progress of your package at any time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to most countries.
Delivery times may be slightly longer outside Europe.


Returns and exchanges

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to contact us and request a return or exchange.
Products must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?
Write to us at contact@edilya.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will inform you of the procedure and the return address.

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.


Products and sizes

How to choose the right size?
Each item has a detailed size guide on its product page.
Our models are designed to adapt naturally to the shape thanks to their sculpting elasticity.
If you are hesitating between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for optimal comfort.

Are your products really comfortable?
Yes, that's our top priority.
The fabrics used combine targeted support and natural flexibility, for a second-skin feel that moves with you.

Are the clothes transparent?
No. Our materials have been selected for their opacity and durability, even when stretched.


Payments and security

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, TWINT, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All transactions are secure.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through providers certified according to international standards (PCI-DSS).
Edilya Sculpt never stores your bank details.


Maintenance and durability

How do I care for my Edilya Sculpt clothes?
Wash at a maximum of 30°C, inside out, without fabric softener or tumble dryer.
Allow to air dry to preserve the elasticity and softness of the fiber.

Are your products durable?
Yes. Each material is chosen for its durability and long-lasting comfort.
Our collections are produced in reasonable quantities to limit waste and ensure consistent quality.
